Do you want to get outside, socialise and learn about your local environment? We have teamed up with RB Mind and Frances Bennett to run Wellbeing Walks in different locations across the Richmond borough. The walks will take place on the second Thursday of every month from 10:30am-12:30pm.
Frances Bennett runs the Seeds of Change project for Richmond council, working to get local people out into the wonderful council run parks and open spaces within the borough! Frances has a wealth of knowledge about the local area and is an experienced guide.
The walks will all be accessible along pathways suitable for wheelchair users. Remember to wear the correct attire for the weather - the walks will go ahead come rain or shine!
